I set out this month to
Swim 20 miles
Bike. 40 miles
Walk/run 100 miles
Total. 160 miles
I'm excited to say that I have completed all of my miles!
Along with the miles I completed the C25K...lost 5 lbs and 7 inches and I'm sure I gained some muscles.
This is a wonderful challenge...thanks for taking the time to set it up every month. I for one greatly appreciate your effort!

3.1 miles today... best 5k of the year. 25:30, which is 46 seconds faster than my last race. Still 31 seconds shy of my PR, but considering I had a broken ankle at the beginning of the year, and stopped to walk twice during this race... I'm happy with it.

Well, folks.....I'm not sure I could've done it without ya, but I made my goal today!!!! I walked another 1.1 yesterday, then today I hit the hotel gym for another 5 or so miles on the treadmill & bike, then got outside and walked a couple more miles. Still hoping to workout tomorrow & Monday too. :happy:
