I love this thread! Everyone looks amazing and are awesome! I have lost my weight but just cannot seem to get that toned tummy. I will keep trying, but hopefully I'll be posting some amazing abs in the not too distant future.0

After looking at all these before/after pics it got me motivated to go to the gym today. I never go on the weekends but I figure if I want to look nearly as good as much as you people I better be putting in more time at the gym!
60 min of walking on the treadmill = 400 calories burned! Yay me!0 -

This is my first time posting any before/after pics but I am SOO inspired by everyone on here! Amazing work everyone!! ..Stil have a ways to go but was neat to finally see the difference/comparison as I had never put these pics beside eachother until just now. Now I am not sure that this will work as this is my first ever photo post but here goes:

My before pictures are not the best because I did not allow pictures to be taken of me in my bikini.
These are 1 year after 6th baby was born. I normally lose the baby weight easier, but not this time.
This is me One month ago.
I teach Zumba everyday, but really any cardio will work. I burn around 400-500 calories per day. I eat 1600-1900 calories per day. What I think has helped is what I eat. I eat around 100 carbs/day and 150 protein/day.
I do not do crunches, but a lot of my songs include a lot of pumping the hips, which is like doing crunches standing up. I do planks, and ab vacuums. I highly recommend ab vacuums! Those work your core and actually pull in your abs.
Since I am the teacher, I design my class so we are burning fat but also toning up our muscles. So, when we get rid of that fat, we have pretty lean muscle underneath. I do believe in muscle building, it just makes a body look fit and healthy!
I still have stretch marks and loose skin from having six kids, but it does look a lot better.

I do have before/afters of just my belly..in my scape book - i have no idea how to get it into the computer now though. In my experience - "Abs are made in the kitchen".
Eating veggies, fruits - less carbs (no i don't do "low carb") and the belly will shrink. Surprisingly enough, it is the more noticeable change on my entire body.0 -
I don't have pics but I saw a lot of links to some good exercises. I guess when people reply "bump" they're just leaving a response so they can get back to the thread. if that's the case, BUMP!0

Not sure if I posted here already but my ticker shows my before/after belly pics. Before was 2009 at around 70kg or 155 lbs. (not my hw though but nevertheless still fat). After was last Nov 2012 at 56kg or 124 lbs.0

I haven't LOST it, but I'm losing it so I have some before/during. My pics aren't as amazing as a lot of the others on here because I still have almost 40 lbs to go. At 5'6", 173 lbs, I'm still on the fat side. lol But there is quite a bit of improvement. Oh and so far I've done it by sticking to my cal goals (no special diet), running and Jillian Michaels dvds.
Sabrina, your photos ARE amazing! You have made such an improvement and look tremendously healthier. I see a big change in your face. You are ROCKING this!0 -
