YOU LOOK FANTASTIC!!!!
Thank you so much for posting this! I have lost 25 pounds since January, but feel like I am working so much harder than that. I have played with .8 of a pound for 3 weeks. It was driving me crazy! I can tell that my body has changed for the better, but it is frustrating. Now, thanks to you, I know I'm not alone!0 -
Wow! Just wow! You look awesome! Thanks for sharing!0

You look greatly different. I do agree that the scale lies. I have lost inches and never lost a pound. Keep up the great work.0

You do look amazing! Great work! You worked hard and it shows  I agree...I've had issues with my scale not moving lately, or going up a pound or 2. But I've had success with Non Scale Victories. My clothes are fitting looser, my body looks more toned, and I have muscles in places I never knew existed. I know I'm eating right and exercising daily even if the scales don't show it I've decided to focus more on FIT and less on LBS lost. Thanks for posting your success, it's a great encouragement!!0

Em- you never stop amazing and inspiring me.
I don't think 'good job' covers it.

Hooray for strength training! You look incredible. :flowerforyou:0

Such a remarkable difference even with the same weight. Thanks for posting this. Clearly shows not get so much bog down by the numbers on the scale.0

Yayyy for lady buff! Thanks for all the support gemi0 -
You look great. I am curious, how difficult is P90X by the way? I have some physical limitations with nerve issues in my spine and was curious if one could do a toned down version. What are your thoughts on this?0

Fabulous!! You look awesome. I stopped weighing myself, too. I lost 4 inches in three weeks but the scale didn't move. Now I just use the measuring tape. :-)
Congrats!0 -
You Look Great! So Jealous you were able to lose all the weight on your stomach. ::flowerforyou:0

THANK YOU! You are an inspiration to me. I will immediately throw the scale in my closet now. haha0

Which goes to show that muscle is distributed differently but may even weigh more than fat or as I describe it "flab" lol.. I always see it like a cotton ball and a marble "steelie" the same size..One is almost weightless while the other is dense and so weighs much much more. I kind of compare that to our flab before we get toned up..:)0
-
Wow, that's amazing! My friends keep telling to stop weighing, but I'm obsessed. You're a good reason to STOP!0
-
Pictures are great proof!!! Wonderful job! Keep it up, definitely getting toned. :-)0
-
NICE!! Also, love the new bikini0
-
Amazing work!! I too would have never guessed you were near the same weight as your before picture Oh how the scale sucks :frown: That's why I've started taking measurements :happy:0
-
Whoa girl, you worked it. Great job.0

Yes it is! Here's why! I love this visual of how much ROOM fat takes up v. muscle! http://www.onemorebite-weightloss.com/muscle-to-fat.html Congrats on some incredible progress!!0

Hello everyone!
Upon urging from a few of my MFPs here, I'm posting the below picture. The photo on the left is from Jan 1st when I weighed 202lbs - the photo on the right is from this morning when I weighed 203lbs. Since January, I've done P90X and I'm finishing up month 1 of Insanity.
Just goes to show your body can change and the scale won't show it ONE BIT. If I didn't take photos and measurements, I would surely be insane by now.
thank you so much for posting this. I needed to see this. It is also motivating me to toughen out with my insanity. I have not been able to get thru day 2
IGNORE THE TORTURE DEVICE aka the scale!!0
