    I get Shelle, Shelle-bert, Shelby, Shelle Belle, dont really mind any of them, but I do get ticked off when people call me Melissa!!!

    And of course, mum and dad confusing me with my sisters, but I think every parent does that :tongue:

    When people call me Liz I don't respond. My mother never let anyone call me Liz, plus there's no Z in my name (Elisabeth). When people call me Liz I just don't realize they're talking to me at first.

    My mother calls me Nan because my middle name is Rhianna
    My niece calls me Mimi because she can't say Jamie so everyone jokes about me being like Mimi from the Drew Carey show-there is an instant pick me up for your self esteem.
    When I was in school the teachers always thought my middle name was Brianna and it would take forever for them to understand that it wasn't.
