    I'll give it a try....This is my first week, so I'll start low

    Week 1 Goal: 2000

    Mon: 524 (33 min treadmill; 14 min circuit training; 5 min calisthenics; 21 min elliptical)
    Tues: 84 (20 Minutes Treadmill)
    Wed: 1085 (65 Minutes treadmill; 14 minutes circuit training; 15 minutes calisthenics; 45 minutes elliptical)
    Thur: 0 (Had to take an unexpected rest day)
    Fri: 1158 (65 min treadmill; 20 min circuit training; 5 min jumping jacks; 5 min strength training; 55 min elliptical)

    I may have underestimated myself...looks like I'm gonna blow right through 2000 cals this week!
    Yay!!!! I surpassed my goal today...totally surprised myself because I usually don't work out for nearly as long or burn as many calories during a session!!! :drinker:
