6 egg whites with 4 oz sklnless,boneless chicken breast made into omelet with medium salsa on top
make sure you use pam cooking spray--NO BUTTER OR TOAST----dont need it,this will fill you up.0 -
2 egg veggie omelet (sauteed mushrooms, onions and red, orange and yellow bell peppers) with 2% Sharp Cheddar, stuffed in a whole wheat pita with homemade salsa and light sour cream = a little over 400 calories and was super delicious!!0

Today I had scarmbled eggs (1 whole egg, 2 egg whites) with spinach & tomato on top of a whole wheat english muffin! Made it last night and just had to heat it up this morning! Being prepared makes all the difference!!0

peanut butter on Ancient Grains bread, small banana... and, because I haven't had any in a week - small Timmy's double-double... my stomach is already mad at me for the coffee.0
