    6 egg whites with 4 oz sklnless,boneless chicken breast made into omelet with medium salsa on top
    make sure you use pam cooking spray--NO BUTTER OR TOAST----dont need it,this will fill you up.

    2 egg veggie omelet (sauteed mushrooms, onions and red, orange and yellow bell peppers) with 2% Sharp Cheddar, stuffed in a whole wheat pita with homemade salsa and light sour cream = a little over 400 calories and was super delicious!!

    Today I had scarmbled eggs (1 whole egg, 2 egg whites) with spinach & tomato on top of a whole wheat english muffin! Made it last night and just had to heat it up this morning! Being prepared makes all the difference!! :)

    I like a heavier, carb-laden breakfast...

    1 bowl Honey Bunches of Oats w. pecan clusters cereal w. 1/2 c. skim moo (pitched leftover milk)
    2 slices cinnamon raisin ezekiel bread toast (whole sprouted grain, no flour?)
    2 tsp. Smart Balance
    2 cups coffee w. 1 T. vanilla creamer per cup (cannot give up my creamer, sorry) :)
