    Shoulder presses. For some reason it causes a lot of pain between my shoulders for days afterward, so I stopped doing them.

    Push-ups!!!!!!!! I can barely do one..but as I work out more I can get lower and lower. But I still hate PUSH-UPS!

    I really dislike team sports. I'm more of an individualized exercise gal, ie. running, hiking, biking, etc.

    I'm beyond terrible at pushups. I've been trying for a while now to get better at them, but they're still as terrible as they've been since day one.

    anything plank related ... i love how it feels in my core but i have a bad elbow and sometimes my shoulder acts up so they hurt :[

    Mountain climbers, because they feel so freaking awkward. Only thing that I've always disliked doing, because it just doesn't feel like a natural exercise at all.

    Hmm, I would say squats are my least favorite exercises. They take alot out of me. But I do them anyway.

    any kind of lunge & mountain climbers . the only things i can recall right now.

    I have bad shoulder joints from years of swimming, so I dislike most pressing exercises. Especially a basic military press.

    I also don't overly care for lunges, since it makes my knees ache from going down so deep.

    me too i hate lundges i can do squats but lundges hurt i dont like anything that your feet leave the ground aka jumping i can feel peoples steps thought the house so i dont want to jump besides it makes me feel weired oh and i hate the stair climer

    And YOGA!

    I hate jumping or stretching in any form.
