    WOW! You look incredible :drinker: Thank you for posting this, I have been struggling with my weight for years and for some reason this week has been a rough one. My brain keeps telling me that I will never see the results like you and so many others have had, and I try to keep plugging away at it but my head does get the better of me, like this week.

    Anyway, I got so far off of what I gonna say. Congrats on loosing the weight the old fashion way and you should be very proud of your great success! Good luck with your surgery. ~Melissa~

    I have been there and know exactly what your going through! Keep focusing on why you wanted to lose weight and remotivate yourself!! YOU CAN DO this!!
