 :drinker:  Hey girls, and Jeffrey &, Jake I found water:heart::drinker::heart: listed in our data base. It doesn't add up the total cups you have but it does keep you more in forcus. But does list it on you food dairy. Love that. after I make up my menu for the day i copy it and blow it up to 150% and make a copy and put on my fridge. So I have no excuse but to drink that water. :drinker:  :drinker:
    Have a good water day.

    Hi Everyone,

Birdie, I hope you were able to locate your mom's profile with my directions.

For those concerned about my walking alone. If I didn't walk alone, or with pesky little doggies, I wouldn't be able to walk at all. I have tried walking with a couple of neighbors, and they move so slowly I am better off walking the dogs or taking a nap. I figure a moving target is harder to catch:laugh: so I don't worry too much about the bad guys, but I always keep my wits about me and my eyes looking around.

My neighborhood is a safe one, and the way the walkiing trail is constructed, there are few places where the boogieman can jump out and catch you unawares.

    Talk to you later.

Hi folks! We got our Monday errands done and now I have spent the remainder of the afternoon in front of the the TV with Neil. For some reason I didn't sleep well last night. I woke up from a dream a few times but can't remember what the dream was, likely a good thing if it was waking me up. I don't want to have a sleep as I need to go to bed early so that I can be ready for work. We are having eggs for dinner with some tomatoes (not from my garden unless I fry some green ones). I am going to see if there are any carrots ready to eat, I will also bring in some beans to eat raw.

Barbie -- Are you feeling 100% yet? These summer colds really seem to take their sweet time moving on. Do you have much of the H1N1 virus in your area?

Marie -- Mmm, your chicken dinner sounds great. I think I will make that this week sometime. Mondays we eat light for dinner as we almost always have lunch at the restaurant where my son is the chef and eat more than our usual lunch. I had a chicken and capicolla sandwich, yumm. Even with the capicolla it is still quite healthy with lots of veg in it. I had a bowl of corn and clam chowder with it which was higher calorie but so good.

I haven't been to the NoS site for awhile and haven't seen Mo's name when I have been there. For some reason I was never able to get her email address to work. Do you correspond with her?

Neil does look forward to the group home most days. I think he is a bit anxious. For the start he will only go for a few days at a time. His next surgery is Sept. 9. Dave has lost on the NoS plan but is more or less at a standstill he says.

Barb -- Your comment about walking with the neighbours is very similar to Dave's comment about walking with me. I tell him it doesn't matter how fast as long as you are moving but he doesn't buy it. It is hard when he is 6' and I am 5'2" if I really stretch (and wear shoes, haha).

I have to go to the library website and reserve a couple of books so will say good-bye for now. Hope you all started your week in a wonderful way. Gayla

Gayla, I still hear from MO from time to time. I was going to E-Mail her E-mail address to you but they have change things up and don't know how to copy and paste. Can't get the address just her name. Photo bucket change up too and I can't get any new pictures on. Have to wait till Alice comes out this weekend. I am such a dummy. If they change the least little thing I am lost. I hear from Debra if I post to her. Still get e-mail from Kay She sends her pictures of the family to me. Those grandkids have really grown up. Got to go and change our month of this site.See you later.

Marie, your chicken packets sound great except that I'll leave out the butter, use just 4-5 ounces of chicken and maybe add some more vegetables.

    Thanks,
