Welcome everyone to the 3,500+ calories burned challenge. This weekly challenge has been going on for over a year now and it's open to everyone! So nice to see so many new faces these last few weeks - hope it continues; people are setting higher goals and getting more calories burned!
This is a weekly challenge to meet 3,500+ calories burned. You set your own calorie goal for the week (even if it's below 3,500 - you can work your way to that goal!). Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other than push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

how does it work with FitBit linked? It adds automatically everything I burn in my everyday life. According to the average I burn each day I would reach 3500 in 5 days if not less. Or is it just the calories you burn from focused training you are counting here? I want to join, but want to know which one it is so I can set a goal relative to which "kind" of calories burned.0

I usually aim for 3000 anyway, so I'm going to actively aim for 3500! I'm planning on running (4.25miles/day 3x, 30DS Level 2, walking, and some classes at my gym)

Or is it just the calories you burn from focused training you are counting here? I want to join, but want to know which one it is so I can set a goal relative to which "kind" of calories burned.
It's up to you really. If you include your FB calories, set your goal accordingly. I track my workouts primarily, so I'm motivated to get them in, but that's just me. Maybe just note in your post what you're including - all FB adjustments or just your workouts.
