This is an amazing way to stay motivated! Count me in for the 3rd week in a row. I won't be able to finish this week entries (vacation) but I keep track anyway!

I have a question - I use a fitbit to track all steps taken, floors climbed, calories burned. Right now, it shows that I have burned 1229 calories. I haven't really paid any attention to this before. Is this what I use, whatever it reads at the end of the night?0

No, that total includes your BMR. Is your Fitbit synced to MFP? If so, the Fitbit Calorie Adjustment is a good thing to use because that's additional calories for your daily activity (including workouts. If it's not synced with MFP, do it! :happy:0 -
