Names in bold have the highest over all loss. Highlighted names are the highest week loss.I only included the names I had weights this week.
The weekly exercise challenge is to workout at least 3 hours during the week. That can be split any way you wish.
Friday- More than half your beverages are water.
Saturday- Eat Clean. (no foods with ingredients you can't read)
Sunday- Eat at least three servings of vegetables
Monday- Stay within 50 calories in of your goal (even under)
Tuesday- Get at least 25g of fiber
Wednesday- Have one serving of fruit
Thursday- No ADDED sugars.

Hello My Dear Shoe Loving Friends,
I'm BACK!!!! Yayyyy... I was without comp access for over 8 days. OMG ! I never thought it would be so difficult and of course I wasn't home and so I don'T know what my real weight was but last week I did weight myself at the cottage in Ontario and was down to 171lbs but I don't know how that relates to my scale at home. When I left a day earlier I was 173lbs. Did I lose 2lbs over night? Maybe but who knows for sure. So therefore, I am obviously skipping last weeks weight in and will weigh in tomorrow morning for this week, if that's ok? I can't remember which day we're supposed to weigh in. I will also start charting my consumption and exercise seeing as I couldn't do it at all over the last week.
Soo glad to be back. Not planning on reading the thousand messages you all posted so please bring me up to speed on anything you think I might find interesting or I might need to know. It would be very appreciated.

ok i have a hang over btw........i got how can i put this nicely........SH*TFACED last night.....i fell on my butt about 4 times...and then i remember acting like i did it on purpose :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: (note to self 5 inch heels are a bad idea when wasted) :laugh: anyway so we go out to eat after...and i mowed a whole order of mozz sticks....equaled to 840 in calories...so anyway we get home at 2:40 (left my purse at the resturaunt) lol.....and i crawl into bed at 3am......then at 5:50 on the monitor i hear grrrrrr raaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh grrrrrrrrrr......some odd growling noises anyway....come to find out my little one is awake lol...at 5:30 :yawn: to say the least i can't wait till its nap time today lol....and now to top things off i smell poo :sick: :sick: :sick: :grumble:
p.s. i didnt gain any weight either i stayed at 126 !!! :bigsmile: woohoo0 -

Just kidding - I think it's important to "let your hair down" once in a while. Sorry the babyboy didn't think you needed sleep....our puppy slept all night for the first night - she went to be at 1030 and didn't get up til my husbands alarm went off - and she didn't have any accidents in her kennel---yay! I am so excited to say I slept - of course at 4am I had to use the potty but it was that and back to sleep! Now she's napping again.0 -

Just kidding - I think it's important to "let your hair down" once in a while. Sorry the babyboy didn't think you needed sleep....our puppy slept all night for the first night - she went to be at 1030 and didn't get up til my husbands alarm went off - and she didn't have any accidents in her kennel---yay! I am so excited to say I slept - of course at 4am I had to use the potty but it was that and back to sleep! Now she's napping again.
and nice !!! congrats on the puppy sleeping .......lol i never knew puppies were such hard work...:noway: i always thought u get one...let it out side and feed it lol:laugh: :bigsmile:0 -

That's awesome that you were able to stay so close in your calories with all that. Today you should focus on some serious fruits and veggies and lots of water...eating as cleanly as you can to help flush all that out...it sounds like you nutrition for yesterday wasn't at it's peak... I bet your stomach is saying WTH did you just eat????0 -

i got an idea from another member on mfp that she was so kind to share with the forum. she put her food diary into the food groups. i've already changed mine if you need to see what i mean. i thought it was really clever and could help with the goals for the next week!!
good luck to everyone, i'm not aiming for any loss over the next week, just maintenance, but if i lose that is great. i am so happy that i have lost 8 lbs, good job to everyone though. the effort really does pay off.
