    Whoohoo I finally met a challenge!!! I had 108 calories left over...man I love kickboxing!!!!
Fiber challenge shouldn't be hard at all for me, I usually meet my goal and then some.

Chrissyh, ACK!!! North Carolina?! I couldn't take the humidity when I was there UGH!!! Mind you, I come from Wyoming, where we've never heard of humidity....I do kinda miss the state though, had some great times during MOS School in Lejeune drinking at Emerald Isle every weekend, fishing, etc., beautiful state...and I miss the people. But NOT the humidity!!!  :grumble:

It's hard to run with the humidity but we have cool evenings so it helps.

We've just started to get the humidity in Ohio :grumble: (which is very unusual - normally it would have been humid since May or June) I was really hoping to skip it this year....

shoot shoot shoot pure shoot....so i've already started with my compulsive eating again....i had an apple for breakfast at 7 then i have my snack at 9.....well instead of stoping at my 2 oz of steak.....i ate a hotdog w/bun and 4 waffle fries...wth type of snack is that? lol....i spose i better be eating everything else good today.....if i do it right i can still hit my calories...i've already calculated lunch in the equation and i think i have like 292cals left so 80 cals on my snack (apple) and then dinner i'll aim to be about 250 and then exercise and everything should work out fine......damnit why cant i just say noo?:grumble: :grumble:

ok not so bad i just added in my snack (apple) and dinner (already had lunch in) and im just shy of my caloric intake by 27.....woot so only 973 *does a little relieved happy dance*

I kept telling her "that's SHORTS weather in Ohio". I wear flip flops until the first snow practically.

To clothes or not to clothes? That is the question... To clothes means more shopping (YAY!) but Not to clothes means running around the house naked in heels (Again YAY! [I know I'm weird]). Can I buy new clothes but when I get home from partying run around naked in heels? Is that an option?

I just told my boss... I mean I ASKED him (he's the type that likes to think every good idea is his :noway: ) anyway, I made him think that it's a good idea for me to swim laps at a local indoor pool, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 12-1 back to work at the latest, by 2 (that is including a shower so nobody smells the chlorine) and get this part... all the while GETTING PAID FOR IT!!  How awesome is that? I get a workout in during "work-time" and then the evenings I can basically do whatever I want, "play-time"... or a second workout IF I want!! LOL  I'm pumped about it!! :drinker:

For a couple months we had one of my bf's friends staying with us. I got so used to him that I just didn't care if he saw me in my underwear so I continued with my unmodest ways. This kind of bit me in the @$$ because I was in the kitchen in my underwear when he walked in trailed by three friends that I had never met :embarassed: I was mordified.

My answer was "in the middle of the day"!!!  Thank God that he agreed!!!! LMAO

    hey ladiessss!

so i have been here but not really. i have been doing really bad since friday. i have offically quit drinking! i was out partying so much because i am in a huge fight with my two closest girlfriends, so i went out with all my other friends the past few days to try and feel better all the while consuming at least 5 pints an evening. the days following you don't exactly feel like eating a salad or anything healthy for that matter.

so i quit drinking! i weighed myself today just so i would have an idea of how tommorow should look, and i haven't gained or lost anything. however, i am gonna kick my butt right now. i am gonna do 50 minutes of aerobics and jog for 10 if not 15 minutes.

and then eat a big healthy salad with chicken and or tuna, depending on if i have any chicken left!

i also went shopping on monday with my boyfriend to buy some clothes that fit me. i know i am losing weight, but it is so discouraging to wake up every day and be reminded that i have like nothing to wear but the same stretched out hole ridden clothing.

so i bought a few pairs of pants (with belt loops! for when i do lose weight) and some tops that should be ok if i drop a size or two.

i now feel like i can kick the worlds butt, fat or thin!

    loathesome...
way to go - quiting drinking is a huge step for your health and emotional well being...when it's caused you problems...don't want to be bashed with that comment...

Check some thrift stores for clothes - or splurge as a treat and buy a new outfit.....

    or just go naked!
