Mine did too and then I killed it. So I ate. So much better now. BUT now I want the other half... that's 220 cals total. I won't do it. Normally, Ocean_91 will eat the other half. I do the same for her. Or a coworker of ours saves us but they are both in meetings now. grrr. I'm bored and not motivated at all today... or this week for that matter.... :bigsmile: :laugh:0 -
Thought I'd check in now, since my internet was down ALL day at work! I hate when that happens!! :grumble: So, my scale hasn't budged...again!
I have been working out more this week but I'm going to try to still up the effort some more this week :happy: Hopefully that does the trick :huh: It has been so hot and humid here the last couple weeks so that makes it much harder to get motivated.
Swimming tomorrow at noon... I love doing that! I really get a lot of energy from it! :bigsmile: :bigsmile:0 -

Eating out of boredom is def a killer.
Hmmm love chili.... did you try the recipe I listed on here? Yummy... you'd have some for weeks, def need a big freezer when making it. AND it's low in cals. Yeah.. you're not helping. *gulps down more freaken water*:grumble: :drinker:0 -

I don't recall the one you posted... I will have to look back. Actually I started with some of my homemade spaghetti sauce with ground beef that I had in the freezer, added red kidney beans, white kidney beans, black beans and 2 chicken breasts (left over from last nights dinner) then some cumin, sage and cayenne pepper (to make it chili...:laugh: ) Oh it was so good! Sorry, sorry, sorry :noway: If I keep talking about it, I'm going to eat more.... :ohwell: LMAO0 -

UGH!!! Today at lunch we had a meeting and my boss brought in a party platter from chilis. I know that chilis is the most delicious devil in the world :devil: Anywhos I had a southwest eggroll (heaven!), a mini burger (just one) and a chicken crisper (ok maybe one and a half). And 4 celery sticks. (i had to do it. it made my luch "healthier:laugh: ) Ive really got to get back on track. Good food just getting thrown at me. Dammit. Ok Ok tomorrow will be healthy all day no matter what. and this weekend no cheating what-so-ever. I can do this. I need help.0

Welcome!!! We have daily challenges posted once a week and a weekly workout challenge. On Thursdays we all weigh in and post our weight. Jbuerer just made a really cool chart keeping track of our weekly weights so we can see how we are all doing! The ultimate goal-besides losing weight, of course-is buying ourselves a sexy new pair of red heels at halloween and looking hot in our halloween costumes!! We each have a certain goal weight in mind to reach in order to buy those heels-shoes are great motivation to lose weight!! :laugh::bigsmile:

Loathesome...how about we try a day of no sweets again? Not including fruits and yogurt this time. I know it'll be a big challenge for me since all week I've had a No Pudge brownie almost every night!! :laugh: They're addicting hehehe but I don't want to form a sweet tooth-a "salt tooth" is bad enough for me!!
Argh...can't sleep and I've got a raging headache. I'm already over in calories far enough (first time all week I've been over!!! :bigsmile: ) but since the pills aren't working I'm considering a good stiff drink. WHY does alcohol have to be so high in calories?! :grumble:0 -

a good stiff drink could work, it doesn't have to be more than 100 cals depending on how stiff you make it
i can't sleep either, i have been taking a psychology of women class every tuesday and thursday from 7-10 and then i go out for a couple hours after, then when i get in, i think about it a lot, this class has really effected me, but i feel that this knowledge and desire for it is such a dangerous thing because ultimately, it is a form of feminism, and feminism is ultimately taboo, and has turned so many heads, people will acctually roll their eyes at me when i tell them the cool things i learned in this class, these are like my good friends, my bf has been OK, i wish a little bit better. just today we watched v-day which is like the vagina monologues, and afterwards when i was talking to him about it, i used the word vagina like 20 times in our conversation and i felt so empowered and im not gonna lie, but i think he could see that i felt that way and was acctually proud of me!
that was a mouthful...i just am really enjoying this class. super eye opening.0
