    Ok I'm not a man so I'm not going to answer the above question, however I would say this really depends on the man, the loser just warns your money, the control freak wants you to obey his every whim, and the womaniser just wants one thing.

    If your asking if there are any decent men out there the answers yes, I married one of them, but he was the shy quiet type who looked nothing like the kind of guys I usually went for, but I fancied him and thought he would do till something better came along so I chased him. We have been married twelve years because I soon realised I was not going to get better than him.

    So widen your horizons in what you want you man to look like but don't drop your standards of how you want to be treated, happy hunting xxx

    I want a woman to be confident and driven. I either want you to be established, happy and confident in your chosen career, or have pre-defined goals with a plan and the drive to actually accomplish those goals. I want to be a gentleman and do things for you out of kindness, but I don't want to HAVE to do things for you because you can't or won't. I want a woman to actually care about herself in the present, and not dwell on past mistakes or misfortunes.

    Intelligent- Don't have to be a rocket scientist, just not completely dumb.
    Must be able to cook.
    Must enjoy or at least can tolerate the same hobbies that I am in to.
    Not be very high maintenance.
    Have goals in life.

    No, no, bacon should have some chew to it. Otherwise it's just salty powder. And it should be baked, in the oven, not flambeed on a skillet.

    Of course everyone wants to have at least some level of physical attraction, but if you take that out of the equation:

    - Intelligence
    - Wit/Sarcasm
    - Common Interests

    The most important thing for me, personally, is to have someone that motivates me to become a better person. I often times struggle with doing things that better myself, unless I feel like someone is pushing me in the right direction. If someone is pushing me, it makes it so much easier to make the right choices and decisions with my life.

    Some women would take this offensively, but I'm glad you were honest. If you aren't sexually attracted to a woman, a relationship can not work long term. She doesn't have to act like a porn star to have sex appeal (unless that is the sort of think you're into). ;P

    Like, I personally find intelligence sexy. When my husband starts talking his nerdy things to me, I can't help but jump on him ;) Physically, he is not my normal type but we fit together intellectually, emotionally, and sexually so I find myself being physically attracted to him as well.
