    Monday: 95 (walking on treadmill)
    Tuesday: 1353 (treadmill and heavy-duty moving/cleaning)

    BONUS: Do 5 songs in a row on Dance Central. So far I have only done 4 in a row and that was pushing it. But it was doable so I will try for 5! **ACHIEVED- did 5 songs straight on DC** UPDATE: pushed myself to do 6 songs tonight!

    Sorry, excuse my ignorance but I don't quite get this. I'm assuming the goal of 3500 is because that equates to 1 lb. I thought you were supposed to eat back your exercise calories? If you eat back 3500 it's a wash. So if you burn 500 a week or 3500 a week and eat them back, it will have no effect on your weight loss. So is the 3500 for physical fitness purposes and not for weight loss and that number was chosen because everyone is familiar with it since it equals a pound?

    Yup, it's about promoting exercise. People set their own goal, less or more than 3,500 is fine. But as long as they set a goal and try to reach it by staying active, that's the reward of the challenge.

    Mon: 1679 - Zumba for 1hr and lap pool swimming for 30 mins
    Tues: 1479 - Zumba for 1hr and weights for 30 mins

    Thur: 1892 - weights for 50 mins and Zumba for 1 hr.
    Fri: 1043 - 50 mins walking with a little bit of jogging here and there for 3.2 miles
