Didn't have much time to workout on yesterday so I wasn't able to burn as many calories. I'll try to make up the calories later in the week. I hope to I'm able to burn 3500 calories this week...hmmm

Mon: 405 (walking, jogging)
Tues: 136(walking & jogging) :huh:

I haven't burned anywhere near 3,500 calories. I worked out on Tuesday 6/19 and Thursday 6/21 and I may have burned 900-1,000 calories total (I'm pretty sure I'm off on that number). I plan on kicking it into high gear. It's really tough when I'm trying to eat right and my co-workers bring cookies and cheesecake bites to work and buy fried chicken and mashed potatoes from KFC and Popeyes every other day. I've been doing ok as far as upping my water intake and slowing down on the sweets but if only I could up my exercise. I feel great after I workout but the hard part is getting started. Tips? Suggestions?0
