I'm backing out of this weeks challange.. I can't burn enough calories to make my challange.
I hate backing out but I doubt I can get nearly 3000 cals in 3 days
Don't ever give up on a challenge. Just adjust your goal so you still push yourself this week. Maybe only 2,000 calories total?0 -

Hmm....well I been "stuck" with my decline leg press part of my strength training workout. currently at 920# I am going to break this plateau.

Thursday Update: So my gym buddy who hasn't been comming to the YMCA with me the past month cuz he is LAZY came with me Thursday and I mentioned about still being at 920# on the decline leg press. I did it again and sure enough 920#.
Gym Buddy: soo....1023# congrats! you broke 1000#!
Me: what?
Gym Buddy: 103# for the inital resistance weight with no weights on plus the 920# you add on it's 1023#
Me: oh.......
So apparently I have been miscalculating and forgot to include the inital 103# that the machine is with no weights on it. So I haven't been stuck at 920# but 1023#0 -
