    Well... I had 2 orgasms in the 7 years I knew my ex husband. I was obese for most of that time, although I was fit and healthy for the last year and a half or so.

    I had HUNDREDS in a 3 1/2 day span over the past weekend.

    I am going to say that, for me at least, it made a HUGE difference.

    I'd agree, increased drive and you cant really underestimate the boost in self confidence, lights on, lights off, in the house, on the lawn, who cares?!

    This started to sound like a Dr. Seuss book, lol. And I'd agree with the rest as far as a wider range of positions that are no longer uncomfortable and a general confidence boost which makes you want to, not feel like you have to.

    for me when i was 340 sex was always the same cause i could only do one position comfortably. so i would have to say more positions and more confidence.
