    How many calories you NET per day: I don't track NET but I eat between 1800 and 2300 calories gross per day and I don't do any kind of high intensity prolonged cardio. So I probably net 1800-2000 a day.
    How many times per week you exercise w/ minutes: 3x strength training, takes about an hour and 15 but that is mostly rest periods. occasionally I'll go for a 1 mile jog or something. Very rarely.

    How many times per week you exercise w/ minutes: 5x a week. 3 days - lifting, 2-cardio days. And usually at least 1-2x during my lunch I walk for about 40 min or so but I average at least 5x a week for 60 min.
