    NEt-It depends, I eat anywhere from 1300-2000 depending on day and how much I've worked out
    How many times per week w/ minutes: This varies a lot too, but Ideally I work out 6-7 days a week 60+ minutes a day (some days upwards of 3-4 hrs)

    How many times per week you exercise w/ minutes: I do Zumba two or three times a week, for an hour each time - aqua aerobics for 50mins - jog/walk most days for 20mins to 2hours, depending on the time I have - so generally, I exercise 5 or 6 times for 1hr

    How many calories you NET per day: my goal is set to 1,730, but I don't usually eat back all my exercise cals, so my net is closer to 1,450

    I'm really bad for eating little as I'm not a big eater also not a big wheat/bread/pasta fan.
    I eat about 800-1200 calories, and then minus my exercise which can add up to 400 decrease.

    Soon this will all change!
    I re-signed up for my gym membership so will be working out more, along with the long walks and yoga :) I'm super excited
    Also I'm going to try to eat way more calories, staying within my very limited carb intake.

    How many calories you NET per day: Usually between 1000-1200 I think but...BUT...I'm going by my fitbit and I don't think I have to subtract bmr calories per hour because of that. Also there are times it overestimates but not by much.

    How many times per week you exercise w/ minutes: Ok, don't yell at me. Wait, per week? Because per day is pretty excessive to some people. :tongue: I exercise every day. It looks like it averages to about 35 hours a week but it's mostly only walking (I've started back on doing minimal strength training tho) and I'm incredibly lazy when I'm not exercising (desk job and/or sitting on my butt watching tv or on the computer at night). And I like to eat. A LOT.
