What are reasons why you don't jog?

I try but I can only jog/run for short distances and I turn red and get winded easily :grumble:

I live in Maine, and it's spring time. We have momma bears right now that are less than impressed with fast movement near the cubs... whether you know they're there or not.

I screwed up my right knee and both ankles playing softball. I also have back and hip issues due to a serious fall.
I get my cardio in by walking and going to spin class.0 -

1. My boobs would knock me out.
2. My boobs would slow me down.
3. I hate my boobs.
4. I get horrible side aches and NOTHING seems to work. Trust me, I've tried everything. (ETA: Surely I can blame this on my boobs somehow.....)

A lot of people seem to like the elliptical because of fear of knee injuries. I find that the elliptical hurts my knees and hips because it is not a natural movement. Running has never given me knee or hip pain.0

I'm trying to work up endurance. 20 mins was the longest I jogged without stopping and my heart rate was over 190 lol.0

It involves leaving the house...
I'd much rather hop on the stationary bike in my house and go twice as long without having to interact with any person, car, animal or sudden weather change.0 -

haha that's simple --> it is boring in the long run...so much funnier when you can do other things like basketball, badmintion0

I LOVE running, but did a bit too much of it earlier in the year and developed a dodgy hip, so haven't run since about March time. All better now so looking forward to easing myself back in...0
