This sounded like a lot of fun - and it is adding to what I am already doing. Did the 99 Workout, and 100 Workout last week, which I highly recommend, by the way. Very challenging.
So I did the initial test:
112 Squats (I have strong legs)
72 Situps (proud of that, considering I struggled to do 12 a few short months ago)
12 Pushups (I truly SUCK at these, which is why I'm doing this challenge)
Will be good to see how we all progress through the 6 weeks.0 -

Where is everyone? I know you are out there....Let’s see some numbers
I am doing it in 3-4 sessions per week versus all at one session. The work is being put in and
to me that is the overall goal. I am definitely stronger than when I started.

I did a challenge with the situps-crunches last year, 200 a day. in a year's time i noticed the diff in my belly area, i can wear my pants below my navel now if i want to but i'm too old. i still have that surgery flap at the very bottom of my belly though, nothing can help that but surgery again. i still do the 200 every other day.0

Now this is tyoe of challenge that will definitely help me out! I am required to do situps and pushups for my PT test and I suck at them!
