Wow....stumbled across this one! Thank you so much!!! I have always looked at my thighs and thought they were huge but, after reading these mine is the same as most of you. Mine ranges 21 at 142-144. Makes me realize I was seeing an augmented view of myself.0

My thigh and calf are 22.75" and 13.75" respectively. I'm 5' 6", 141 lb trying to get to 125 lb ish. Probably somewhere around 25-30% fat? Not really sure how to tell. 2 online calls said 27% and one said 29 or 33. One said 28. So somewhere between acceptable and obese. No wonder I feel frumpy.0

Ive never measured my thighs and calves but even at my thinnest I couldn't pull anything smaller than a ten over my thighs but the ten was too big at the waist. This was preskinny jeans craze so I fear it'll be worse now.0

Bust: 34.5"

Thought it would be interesting to see how my measurements changed over the course of 1 year. Weight, about the same ~130 lbs, +/- 2 lbs. 5'6".

Not too much of a change except my upper body has seemed to get a bit smaller, while lower body has remained the same. The thing is, I do have a much different distribution of muscle and fat. I have substantially more muscle than before. Went down 1-2 jeans sizes over the year.1 -

I got calves, lol. Always have. Only just recently started being able to fit into regular-calf tall boots. Since I'm petite, the narrowest part of the boot hits higher at the wider part of the leg, so it's extra hard to find boots. Regular stores don't often carry wide-calf boots in a size 6.0 -

Sorry I put my waist size instead, which is 25”.0 -
I have an update on my measurements
I am 5'3'' and my thighs are now 19.5 inches each! And my calves are12.8, almost 13. I am beyond proud of my accomplishments. I started at 21-22 inches thighs (looked a bit big on my frame)
What I did is cardio, circuit training, resistance training and HIIT, a lot of walking....
I am 5'3'' and 106.5 pounds. I don't think I could get any smaller. I'm entering maintenance.
Feel free to add me
How much time it takes to reduce thigh size?0 -
More numbers = more things to obsess about. I'd just try on boots and see when they fit comfortably. I know I'm late to this party, so I understand this seems like a silly comment. But, seriously, the inches don't matter and women already have enough standards to measure themselves by (and often, to feel like a failure when comparing themselves). Just my 2 cents.1
