Women's average THIGH and CALF size! What's yours?

    Upper thigh around 20.5in

    BF % is somewhere around 26%

    My lower half is the bane of my life and I can not shift the fat no matter what I do. My hips are huge and flabby as is my bum so I'm just destined to look terrible.

    Come September I'll be doing 90 minutes walking minutes walking a day for 5 days
    a week plus 2 hours in the gym 4-5 days a week so maybe I'll see a difference then. At the moment I'm gymming 6 days a week and hoping 3 days of body pump a week will blast some fat too 🤞

    I have unusually large calves and I have had them all my life.
    5’2”
    175 pounds
    Calves 18 1/2”
    My calves were 18” when I was 135 pounds. If I lose weight I don’t lose weight in my calves. I have tried everything.... I actually look better when I weigh more.

    I have lost 60lbs so far, but when i dip below 138lbs i look too bony on my upper half, so looking to reduce my thighs a little more or at least tone them up through exercise

    I realized my measurements were older than I thought and the measurements for my calves were just wrong. 😅 Bust stayed the same.

    Wow....stumbled across this one! Thank you so much!!! I have always looked at my thighs and thought they were huge but, after reading these mine is the same as most of you. Mine ranges 21 at 142-144. Makes me realize I was seeing an augmented view of myself.

    My thigh and calf are 22.75" and 13.75" respectively. I'm 5' 6", 141 lb trying to get to 125 lb ish. Probably somewhere around 25-30% fat? Not really sure how to tell. 2 online calls said 27% and one said 29 or 33. One said 28. So somewhere between acceptable and obese. No wonder I feel frumpy.
