    Sure! I've started several times, but have always had problems with my knee from the jumping jacks. I've found a modified version to do now! :)

    Been off the weight loss game for about 9 months - since I started university. Me and my boyfriend broke up last week, so its definitely time to get back to shredding those pounds and look awesomeee when we next bump into each other :) muahahah :tongue:

    Could anyone tell me whether this is a 5 day/week thing, or a 7 day/week thing ... or do you just do it as much as you want?

    I've heard a few different things, but the most common seems to be 10 days at level 1, 10 days at level 2 and 10 days at level 3. Different people do it differently. I've seen people do 3 days of the 30ds and 1 day cardio then rest day. I've seen people just do 3 days 30ds and 1 days off and the I have seen people do the 30ds every day, increasing level after every 10 days. I think it's just making it suit you.

    I am joining.

    I bought this a few months back and then got busy with work and school. My job now lets my department work from home and I am now at home,Yea!!! and I can do it on my lunch break. Now I can sweat and sit at my desk in my tee-shirt and shorts and who would care.

    Loosing some inches would be great. I have my 30 high school reunion coming up in october. Looking the best I can is a goal.

    i might re-start in july as well to up my routine, in addition to working out at the gym. i don't have the space for turbofire yet but i may start that in july too...
