I met my goal this month! :happy: So exciting! I honestly can't believe I did it. I haven't been able to stick to any eating/exercise plan in a LONG time and actually show success. I did really well this week with keeping my excess calories in check and being a monster in the gym. Plan to do the same thing this week. I'm hoping the OG decides to do another one of these for August because I want to lose another 5 next month! Good luck everyone!0 -

Oops forgot to post on Friday. Anyways TOM ended so that is the reason for the dramatic weight loss in 1 week. I am really happy though because I ended the June challenge at 169 and then shot back up to almost 174 before joining this challenge. So on top of losing that weight (probably just water) I lost an actual 5 pounds from June. Can't wait for the August Challenge!0 -

I took my measurements and I'm down just a little everywhere but my biceps, which I'll take. I think I've lost 3 inches. I've been doning Insanity and a lot of push-ups and crunches, guess I'll keep doing that. I've increased my calorie intake hoping that would help but I just don't get it.

Wow! I totally missed July!
I'll definitely be joining you for August. After vacation, I hit my "RED ALERT" threshold at 150 pounds. I have been hovering between 145 and 150 (as low as 143), but refuse to go over 150 again, so now I am watching myself carefully.
I am starting a Learn to Run 5k clinic tomorrow, so that should increase my exercise. I have run 5k off and on for years, and have used the Couch to 5k many times, but I never stick with it, so I am constantly starting over. This time, I am doing it with a group, so I hope that will help with the motivation.0 -
