    Week 1 Total: 75 minutes (got a cold on Thursday)

    Week 2 Total: 40 minute walk.

    Today I got a 30 minute walk. I still have the cold and am tired of it hanging around!

    i mainly walk 40-60min a Day i do a 5K walk then i walk back 5K

    the most walk i walked is 20K
