    Yesterday(7/19) I logged in 4.08 miles!! Very proud of that.They were broken up in 2 2mile walks that took about 40-45mins.
    Today-(7/20) I have walked 2.02 miles in 36 mins. Hoping I can get a walk in tonight. :)

    Week 1 Total: 75 minutes (got a cold on Thursday)

    Week 2 Total: 40 minute walk.

    Earlier this week I had a 90 minutes for 2 walks. I walked for 60 minutes today.

    Jul 23= 30min walk (total 150min)

    Doing a lot more biking than walking these days but still trying to get in some walks.

    Here is the thread for August. I am going to be out of town for the next week. Don't worry, my walking shoes will be laced up and I will be pounding the pavement. Enjoy!

    Thurs Jul 5 - Root canal definitely no workout
    Fri Jul 6 - 30min walk (21 hrs 30min left)
    Food poisoning/ too sick to workout
    Mon Jul 16- 30min walk (18 hrs 15min left)
    (Also doing the 24hr workout in July)
    Weds Jul 25- 30min walk (14 hours left)

    Mostly biking and yoga, but trying to get more walking in.
    (Also doing workout 24hrs in July, I don't think I'm gonna make it
    this month but it will be close).

    I went for an hour walk earlier this week and a 90 minute walk today. Hope to do an hour tomorrow. I do aquafit 3 times a week as well but this challenge helps me add walking too.

    Didn't make my goal of more total minutes exercised (not just walking) in July than June. My total for July is 1759. June was 2046. However, I will try to increase August minutes! We just do the best we can do!!!

    192,478 Steps since last checkin. That's 98 miles since last post. Gotta move it to lose it. Weather's been really hot, so I probably would have had more.
