    I'm 54.....most days I feel like I am in my 30's, however some days I feel 80! Luckily I usually feel pretty young. I think teaching keeps me feeling younger.

    62 and trying to loose weight AGAIN...and hopefully for the last time or atleast on going...Just starting today and logged my exercise and getting ready to plan meals...maybe all this computer work will keep me out of kitchen...Yes???
