I think it looks HOT.
I love the concept of building muscle, how it changes someone's body and how it feels! I MUCH prefer lifting weights to cardio, as heavy as I can, it compromises 80% of my gym time because I love it! It's the girls with muscle that motivate and inspire me Girls with muscle, you're hot! 0 -

Define "sculpting and building muscle".
If you're talking about "toned" with some little muscle definition but with some feminine curves, then to me that's sexy
But very large visible muscles (body builder competition style) are, to me, a turn-off.
Of course, the most important thing is that there's someone out there who loves pretty much every look, and they'll be the most attracted to the look if it comes with the confidence that this is the look you WANTED TO ACHIEVE, rather than something you did because a bunch of random guys on an Internet forum said it looked "best".
Be yourself, always. If you love yourself, other people will love you.

Muscle tone is great no matter who has it! My personal preference is for people who manage it naturally, though - bodybuilders who use steroids (female or male) get to a point where they look like cartoon figures and it's a weird image.0

I am pretty muscular, and would like to get more so, but I am starting to notice some guys responding negatively to it. Oh well... I'm used to being a "freak" - so bring it on baby!!! Haha

Extremely sexy. Even pro fitness models - HOT. The IFBB bodybuilder pro's are too much though...but the physique and bikini divisions are perfect

Sexy.
Not only does it show the fact that she is dedicated to physical well being, but it also shows that she can commit to something and has focus. She has the mental capability to focus, and work hard to achieve the body she has worked for.
That being said, personally, I find that women that are toned and have muscular definition are sexy physically and I tip my hat to them out of respect.
Once again, personal preferance, there's a limit. I prefer women to not be excessively muscular.

IMHO, muscles mean strength and the strength of a woman can sometimes be underestimated and somehow a powerful mind and/or body can be intimidating. In the end we all need to do what makes US happy; not others.0 -
