    stuffed crust pizza... used to eat it all the time... followed by an oreo brownie earthquake..... gawd i miss that cheesy awesome gooeyness... now i cant even eat it when i have the chance cuz it gives me horrible stomach pains.

    I have switched to diet pop and stopped eating the baked goods at Starbucks. Their low fat items that I thought were healthy (not so much). I don't like diet coke, but I have found diet dr. Pepper original and the cherry are pretty good:)

    I haven't sacrificed anything. There are a lot of things I eat less frequently, like junk food. I don't believe in deprivation, I believe in planned treats. There are other foods that I don't eat any more and don't miss either.

    That's it really. If it's too much of a sacrifice, it's unsustainable. If a particular food is making you ill, yes cut it out completely. However with junk food, one portion here and there is not going to do any harm, just make it an occasional treat thing rather than an every day thing, and keep it within your calorie allowance/part of your plan.

    Yup, this is my thoughts exactly.

    WKD vodka drink.....(228 cals per 273ml) Gasp!

    Funny thing is, even though they all things i thought i couldnt live without....I dont even miss them!

    Mainly pizza, bagels and pasta. Also I'm really surprised at how bad junk food tastes now. It's all salty, grasy or sickenly sweet.

    Caffeine....Coffee, Tea and fizzy drinks. This was huge for me, but so glad I gave up. I feel so much better, and helped my water intake. My skin is so much better soft, even glowing. When I wake up I used to be sluggish til I had a coffee, not I jump out of bed full of energy.
