I guess there is hope for me yet. I don't have any kids but I absolutley hate my stomach and am working hard to get it flat. I drink tons of water, watch my sugar intake like a hawk, and just started kettlebell circuits. Hopefully at the end of this month I will see some results. Going to definitely check into Insanity!

You look amazing! I also have twins and have given up on losing my belly flab without having surgery. Thank you for posting this, it gives me so much hope!

Thank you!! Don't you dare give up! I'll probably still end up having to have surgery to be completely satisfied but I want to give it my all before I consider it!

Wow! I'm a mom of twins and a singleton too. My tummy looks much like your starting photo (but add lots of stretch marks). I had pretty much given up on my stomach losing it's overhang at the c-section scar, but I can see that it can be accomplished. Thanks for sharing!

the infamous bump- I would love to wake up tomorrow with a beautiful flat and solid tummy. however, I think these ladies are telling us with their pics that it's all about hard work, sweat, eating right and time. hoping I can post a fab pic in the next 2 yrs or let me please get there before 40 :)

That's a great result! well done. I'm on about 1700 as well, what kind of work outs did you do? and what time scale are those photos?

Not sure on the time scale but from start weight to goal it took me about 8 months, and a lot of it was half-as*ed in the beginning. Actually I didn't exercise in those photos, I was a full time student with a office job. My exercise was walking to my car to drive home lol. I've since worked exercise in which turned me into this after 1 month:

Routines don't work into my schedule well so I don't really have one. I do a lot of hiking lately and invested in a pullup bar and roll around on the floor with some pilates when I get a spare chance.

Here's an animated strip of me breaking into a well known castle here after a long hike last week :D
