    I'm 52 and have had two kids (grown and married now). Losing the fat got rid of it, the stretch marks are old and faded maybe that is a benefit of aging :)

    It's all about losing the fat (calories). Lift weights to make your lean body mass pretty (and increase your bone density) so when the fat is gone you look good, cardio for your health.

    Looks like an old thread now...but any success stories for those with some belly flab, muffin tops, and jiggly thigh issues that haven't had any kiddos?! I KNOW I have muscle underneath all of this because I've been lifting weights for 8 months, but I've still got some fat overlaying it all. Helppp!
