I am combinding the 3 threads so they will be together. You can post each meal or post all 3 if you know what you are eating. This should make it easier to find the thread Calie

    Good morning everyone!!!

Last night I was supposed to have smoked turkey wings and canned collard greens for dinner; what a disaster!!

While transferring the turkey from the crockpot to a reg. pot some of the scalding liquid spilled on my hand causing me to drop the entire crock pot on the floor turkey and all. UGHHH...what a mess. Needless to say, I had to change the menu, so instead eating what I planned I ate turkey sausage, slice of bread, 5 unsalted crackers, and 1 slice of land o lakes cheese to go for a total of 360 calories.

This morning I ate 1 pkt of oatmeal, mixed with 2 small fresh strawberries, and water.
For lunch I will have chicken noodle soup and 5 unsalted crackers.
