Breakfast 2 eggs and Yoplait yogurt with 1/4 cups of nuts
Lunch 5oz can of tuna, 2 cups spinach, kens creamy caesar
Dinner boiled chicken and a vegetable or a fruit
Snack 1/2 cup carnation milk w/1tsp nestle syrup, yogurt, nuts0 -
B-oatmeal w/ 1tsp sugar and 1/2 cup milk
L- special K chocolate protien drink
D-grilled chicken/ roasted vegetable/salad
S- apple and walnuts0 -
Back on a normal schedule today (back at school)
Breakfast: Yoplait light Cinnamon Roll flavor, Luna S'mores bar
Lunch: 2 oz. black forest ham, 2% cheese slice, olive oil mayo, all on a sandwich thin, baby carrots, wickles
Dinner: chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, biscuit and gravy, corn
Snack: 1 tbs. crunchy peanut butter
Exercise: 30 mins elliptical, 15 mins running0 -
Breakfast - 2% cottage cheese with blue berries
Lunch - 4 oz. pork loin with sauteed summer squash
Dinner - 12 oz. red wine and 1 oz. cheese (don't judge me!:embarassed: )0 -

brekkie: 2 cups coffee, 2 tsp sugar in the raw, 2 TBS ff half and half
1/3 cup oats, 1/3 cup van almond milk, 1/3 cup blueberries, 1 TBS pecans, cinnamon/sf vanilla syrup
lunch: corned beef on multi grain bread with horseradish and laughing cow wedge, nanner, cascade fresh yogurt
snack: luna bar
gym: 60 min elliptical
snack: 2 TBS homemade hummus, baby carrots and celery
dinner: la brea bakery multigrain bread and butter, homemade chicken noodle soup
snack: peppermint tea and piece of dark chocolate0 -

Breakfast: Hot chocolate
Snack: Dannon Activia Yogurt
Lunch: Leftover tacos
Dinner: Not sure yet. Probably a bunch of veggies.0 -
Breakfast: 1/3 c. of oats, 1/2 c.of blueberries, 1tbsp of flax meal, 2bsp of wheat germ, 1/4 1% milk; 250ml of 100% OJ + multivitamin
Snack : 1 c. of green grapes and 1 jasmin green tea (unsweetened)
Lunch: 1/2 c. cooked brown rice, 2.5oz of steak stirfry w/ peppers, onions, mushrooms and bean sprouts; 1/2 c of non-fat Greek yogurt and 1/2 c of blueberries
Snack: 15 almonds
Dinner: Chicken fajitas w/ peppers, onions, salsa and 1oz of cheese, (and possibly 1/4 of an avocado depending on cals)0 -
breakfast: Thomas whole grain english muffin, jalapeno pub cheese, 1 egg plus one white scrambled.
snack: fage 2% greek yogurt, pomegranate, walnuts
lunch: chcken pan fried in a little olive oil, with tomatoes. a vegetable...I'm going shopping this morning so the rest of the day is up in the air!0 -

Lunch - Ham and spinach sandwich
Dinner - Spinach and chicken salad - I might add something else, not sure.

Lunch: 4x Morning star chik nuggets
Afternoon snack: Some kind of fruit, need to shop during my lunch break
