    Morning everyone,

    Pre-Snack: Banana

    Breakfast: Oatmeal, 1/2 c blueberries, 1 scoop whey protein

    Snack: Nature Valley Nut Clusters - Nut Lovers (got this in the mail so decided it would be a good snack with my green tea.)

    Lunch: 4 oz Turkey Burger, whole wheat bun, 1 slice tomato, 1/2 slice onion and 3 celery stalks

    Snack: Fage 2% yogurt with honey

    Dinner: (Plan so far) Sirloin Steak (marinated in Italian dressing right now :wink: ), sweet potato, 1 cup broccoli, and 1 c skim milk

    Good afternoon all..

    I had 2 eggo waffles to breakfast.

    Planning on skipping lunch since I am not all that hungry and I need to save as much calories as I can for dinner tonight since we are driving an hour to go eat at our favorite mexican restaurant.

    Dinner: (plan so far) Pork Tenderloin, baked potato, corn and skim milk

    bologna and cheese with mustard on whole wheat bread
    mini carrots with tzatziki

    Dinner:
    Homemade chili with beans (MMM I can smell it cooking in the crockpot now!)

    Breakfast- had toast with peanut butter before I ran, then afterwards a bowl of multigrain cheerios with strawberries and half a banana cut up and thrown in
    Lunch- leftover chicken curry from last night

    1 packet of instant oatmeal,

    Lunch
    grilled cheese sandwich,
    chicken noodle soup

    Dinner,
    cubed steak
    baked potatoe,
    veg

    so roughly about 1400 calories for today

    AM- Sarah Lee 100% Whole wheat bread with sugar free strawberry preserve and yogurt.
    Midday snack - Protein shake
    Lunch- Veggie bowl from Chipotle
    Midday snack- I'm about to eat a yogurt.
    Dinner - 4oz of chicken, fresh baby green beans, and I don't know, maybe brown rice.

    Uhh...at a middle eastern store. Or, like me, I just went to a middle eastern restaurant.

    On Parker and Independence in Plano theres a good place called Falafel, that's where I got mine.
