    White bread
    Candy
    Alcohol
    Fried stuff

These are things I live without but theres a lot more stuff that I limit, like ice cream, baked goods, cheese and "unnatural" sugar.

Lay's Potato Chips. I used to eat an entire bag in 2 or 3 days. Sigh. Now I can't even have it around the house or I turn into a vampire at a bloodbath. It's better to not even buy it. :(

Soda. My BF is a big soda drinker and I drank it just because it was there. After I stopped drinking it, I realized I don't even like the taste of it and the carbonation annoys me. Haha!

I gave up everything carbonated. Now I'm drinking only water, tea(sometimes) and juice(squeezed at home).I'm not consuming sweets, chocolate, chips, mayo, butter(also margarine) etc. I don't put sugar in my tea, honey is a great substitute. I'm not fan of salt,so I'm eating it rarely.

Nothing, just everything in moderation. And by moderation, I mean hardly ever...but I don't have it in my mind that I can NO LONGER enjoy my favorite foods. I love food too much to eliminate things entirely. I either find a healthier way to enjoy or just have it in smaller amounts and less frequency.

I think this is a smart way of thinking, I agree 100%. It makes eating feel more like a lifestyle change and not like a lame diet.

The only thing I really "cut out" of my life was fast food. I was never a big fast food junkie or anything. Just got sick of how disgusting it was so I quit eating it a few years ago. I think I've had fast food twice in the past 2.5 years. I figure if I have time to go through a fast food line, I also have time to run into publix or somewhere else and grab a sub or a salad or something else that's a bit healthier.

None. There is no reason to give something up completely, forever and ever and always. That would just be sad.

Give up list is too long to type. Easier to list what i eat now: only fruits, veggies, whole grains, grilled chicken or fish , nuts, beans, water and wine. I feel sooooooo great now that i know i have to eat this way to stay mentally and physically healthy.
