    I was out of town and didnt post my calories burned for last week.

    WEEK 1
    My Goal: 4,000

    Monday: 1,141 calories burned- running,walking, and elliptical
    Tuesday: 725 calories burned- elliptical
    Wednesday: 670 calories burned- elliptical and swimming
    Thursday: 998 calories burned- running, water aerobics, and walking
    Friday: 574 calories burned- running and walking
    Saturday: 38 calories burned- walking
    Sunday: 0 calories burned- rested

    My Total: 4,146

    I would also like to join the challenge for a new week! I think I will increase my goal to 4,500 for the new week
