The only true way to eliminate the risk is to practice Underwater IF & IQ (intermittent queefing) simultaneously. No possibility of u-tubing. It'll all be diverted safely away from the anterior and posterior zones.

I hope it's alright to post this here. I just don't know who else to talk to. So, heres my trouble. My husband is normally very supportive, but since I started practicing I F he refuses to spot me. I don't know why he's so upset...It was just the one time and I'm sure my body was just adjusting. One minute I was IF ing like a pro and then it just happened. I cleaned everything up. Also, he say's there is no reason to go to failure. I feel like if I do not go to failure that I am cheating my body and the program.

If you are on the treadmill at incline 7 and you IF but still need to hold the handrails to keep you on, you are doing it wrong.0

I really like this method because I can practically do it while sitting at my desk working all day long, I just fart under my desk; however, I've noticed that there is a large accumulation of gas building under my desk...Do you have any recommendations for handling this?

Yes definitely. See that stack of paperwork to your left? I'd like you to grab a handful of it and hold it in your hands. Wave the paper up and down under your desk, blowing the accumulated fart-cloud to your nearest co-worker.
Then, run like a b1tch son.
You can buy a battery operated little fan at Bed Bath Beyond to place under your desk and help with evacuation...pardon the pun.0 -
