While there might be some evidence supporting the use of a handful of supplements for specific purposes, It really doesn't seem worthwhile at all to drop the $.0 -
Vitamin D
Calcium
Magnesium
Zinc
Baby aspirin
Fish oil (when I remember to buy it)
I alternate Vitamin C, A, and E
All per my doctor - the magnesium helps my migraines so I don't have to take my maxalt mlt as often0 -
Happy Tuesday

Whoa, that's a really interesting chart. I love how it's broken down by the conditions the products are being used to treat.
Bookmarking that for later reference! Thanks!:bigsmile:0 -

Yes the prices can be a bit high sometimes but I always look for the buy 1 get 1 sales then use two coupons (internet or newspaper generally have some) to make the price lower. I don't think I've ever paid more than $5 for any vitamin/supplement. I try to stock up when I can.0 -

One a Day Men's VitaCraves Gummies. Love these things. I take them with my breakfast as a little sweet snack at the end. Just don't make my mistake and leave them in your car on a hot summer day after you bought them. Now I just have a big glob of semi formed gummies that I have to pry apart each morning0

yes i do....it gives me acid reflux tho...ugh0

Yes. Iron supplement because I keep ending up with anemia despite adequate dietary iron, Vitamin C to help iron absorption. Chewable multivitamin and chewable calcium supplement. Lecithin and Vitamin E to try and keep restless leg syndrome down a bit.0

Back in 2009 I took GNC's Active Mega Vitapacks and lost like 40 pounds. I'm back on them and they are pricey but they still save me money from all the extra food I no longer crave to munch on during the afternoon and later in the evenings.0

I take a Stress B Complex, a Calcium with D, a Flax Oil, and a slow release Iron pill...I TRY to remember to take them everyday, but not always successful.0

I take a lot and have for many years. I eat relatively well but not consistently. I agree that they are probably a waste and could even be bad for people but, compared to a lot of people I know and see on here, my health is great so maybe it is working.
