    Hi Everyone. I pop in weekly to see how everyone's doing. Some great successes this challenge. Wow! Loss of 16, 20, and 30+ pounds. That takes commitment. I am so very happy for each of you! The kind words continue to flow ... so uplifting and reassuring.

    It is very reassuring to know that this can be done.
