 love it!!!0

Seems like everyone is not taking this seriously! Please if there are any other ladies that can speak to the dangers of Heavy lifting post your warning pics. We have to stop the madness!0
-
Not to feed a troll, but you are FAR from bulked up LOL. Oh wait... sarcasm. Carry on.0
-
I'm hoping to ruin my body like that
Me too! Way to go, OP!0 -
I didn't go read all the replies....but I too think I am missing something. You look really good!! Your arms are not HUGE, you are not buldging with "man" muscles, you still have curves....where's the issue??
Sadly another Topic Title that will cause too many women to think "See this is why I wont lift" and become paranoid of using weights to sculpt their body. Very sad day in the forums. :grumble:
PS <
Picks things up and puts them down....Often!!
Stop grumbling and go learn the language of sarcasm.
Believe me ....I'm speak it well.
My bad - reread and I missed a part. But again to OP: You look great well done.
Seriously though - bad topic title for some many women who are truly afraid of weights and are not able to read sarcasm (even I who am fluent, missed something).
All good!0 -
OMG!! I would kill to look like you!! I do NOT see "MAN" arms here! I see a woman who has lost an amazing amount of weight and she looks AWESOME!! No man arms there!! You should be so damned proud of yourself. Maybe it's the pic but I so don't see man arms! You look FABULOUS!!0

I want man arms - WTG!0

I can't wait to go to the gym tonight and ruin my body so hard!

Didn't read through all the pages, but maybe the OP should have added a note on the bottom since people totally missed the sarcasm.
Not only that - for anyone who hasn't checked the forums for a bit, there have been a lot of threads lately about weight training. This and a couple other threads that have popped up similar to this has been in response to that. Basically saying, you want proof - here it is! Heavy lifting is not going to ruin your body or make you "bulk", etc.0 -
you look fabulous! very inspiring!0

Am I missing something here? You look awesome...... Are you an internet troll
I surely hope OP is being sarcastic, cuz she is looking might fine. "Man arms"? ppfftttt.0 -

well done! hopefully i'm well on my way to being ruined for a two piece this summer0

As you can see in my before picture...I was shapely and very womanly.....
I feel victim to the notion that woman would NOT bulk up by lifting heavy...boy was I wrong....I wish I had not strayed from doing the ellipticals everyday for 60 minutes...I have so ruined the looks of my body.. I have man arms now  I should not have donated my 3 pound pink barbie weights... I should not have started doing deadlifts ( currently at 180lbs...) Thankfully, I have come to my senses before it was too late!
THIS is what lifting heavy will do to your bodies ladies...you have beem warned.
I want to be ruined. NOW!0 -
Don't understand how people don't "get" this. The fact that this is posted in "SUCCESS STORIES" SHOULD be a good hint that the OP is being sarcastic......
To the OP, you look wonderful! Congrats on your success!0 -
