    Remember you're in the resting stage now next 2 Sat.s should be only 10s. This will help with your head as well as your body. You're still losing weight and training so you should feel drained. The 2 long walks were very simular, both good.
    I'm sure the extra 5 miles will go by fine, you did all the prep work right. :smile:

    I have walked every morning for over a year......my resolution last fall and winter was to acquire the necessary to tools to ensure that I could walk in spite of the dark, rain, snow, ice, cold. I have a high quality flashlight and some great thermal boots, and wool hats and scarves. One day at a time I built up my arsenal of equipment. Also I have an mp3 player that I keep loaded with favorite music and some inspirational readings, and speakers so I am never alone or bored while walking.
