    Lots of new people joining today. Welcome to all of you.

    Sep 1 - 45 minute run followed by 10 minutes of calisthenics @ Hine Lake and area.
    Sep 2 - 45 minute dog walk, 25 minutes tennis w/ husband

    1.Dave's Mega-maze. Walking, moderate pace, for 3.5 hours (it's a really, really big maze).
    2. Jogging, half a mile, walking the other half. Building up the endurance!

    September 2
    No exercise happened today, because we got a new addition to the family! A baby kitten who needs plenty of TLC. :)

    9/1 - 30 minute run (3 miles) with lots of hills. blech.
    9/2 - off (first one in 8 days... much needed!)

    9-1-12 - Walked 60 minutes approx. 4 miles....and cleaned the garage for 2 hours!!! ugh!

    yesterday didn't get my run in but did 45 minutes running up and downstairs carrying boxes as my daughter moved the rest of her stuff out so cool finally spare room looks like a spare room

    today going for a bike ride
