    my dogs won't let me have a rest day......they always want to walk :bigsmile:

    1.Dave's Mega-maze. Walking, moderate pace, for 3.5 hours (it's a really, really big maze).
    2. Jogging, half a mile, walking the other half. Building up the endurance!
