    We have another half dozen new people again today. Welcome to all.

    Sep 1 - 45 minute run followed by 10 minutes of calisthenics @ Hine Lake and area.
    Sep 2 - 45 minute dog walk, 25 minutes tennis w/ husband
    Sep 3 - 2 hours cutting remainder of the limbs on "the juniper project." 20 minutes of frisbee w/ my husband.

    9/1 - walked 60 min. at 3.5 mph
    9/2 - 5 hours giving my kitchen a thorough cleaning - not really my usual exercise, but certainly active
    9/3 - holiday and rest day (back on track tomorrow)

    Sept 1 - 1 hr. Aerobics DVD
    Sept 2 - 15 min. walk, 40 push ups (7 reg., 13 bent knee, 20 wall) & 110 jumping jacks
    Sept 3 - 15 min. walk, 50 push ups (20 reg., 10 bent knee, 20 wall), 102 jumping jacks, & 110 crunches.

    9/1 - Mowing lawn 40 min, biking
    9/2 - House cleaning 40 min, biking and walk
    9/3 - Yoga 15 min, biking walk

    3 different so far!

    Gutted because I have been ill all weekend so absolute rubbish start to the month:
    1/9 - 30 minute walk
    2/9 - nothing
    3/9 - still not well so nothing today
    4/9 - manged to eat a bit over the last two days so have a bit of energy - 30 mins walk and 20 mins gardening - getting there - still not 100% - thank god for sugar free orange squash!!!

    Goal - Only 8 rest days for Septemeber
    Used - 3 Rest Days (not looking good)

    So school started and we ride bikes there because school bus doesn't pick up until next Wednesday her first full day she is really excited

    3.84 mile ride yesterday and today, and yesterday went for a couple of walks 35mins and 45

    9/4: Walkikng Boot Camp/Strength Training; 45 minutes

    I am getting sore shins............................any suggestions? :smile:

    9/1 - 30 minute run (3 miles) with lots of hills. blech.
    9/2 - off (first one in 8 days... much needed!)
    9/3 - Spinning class 45 minutes
    9/4 - 40 minute run (3.8 miles) stupid hills again.

    2 - 30 Day Shred (20 min) 10 min on elliptical
    3 - 16 min on elliptical, 1.5 hours of intense car cleaning/washing (I was dripping with sweat!!)

    Rest for a day or 2. Then maybe a swim or other low impact exercise.
