    I am IN! I LOVE PLANKS! Seriously I do:) Can hold for 30-45 seconds. Do 3 sets of 3,at least, everyday!

    This sounds great!!! Last time I was working on my plank, I was able to get to 1 minute in just a few days. Time to pull out those pinterest workouts! :happy:

    ok, so I've NEVER planked before. I would love to build some core strenght and this seems like the way to do that. I'm almost willing to accept this challenge even tho i've never done one, as long as someone tells me the "correct" way to plank. was counts as a real plank? lol thanks.
