    surprisingly big loss, woohoo!

    This is super encouraging because I have struggled this week and fallen off the healthy eating bandwagon several times...but I forced myself to get back on every time so clearly that paid off!

    Pretty happy with my 2.5 pounds loss. If I continue like that I might bee below 200 within 2 weeks. I can't wait!

    Yeah, 2.6 lb loss and with no real exercise (been very sick and unmotivated). So hoping it wasn't just an illness loss of weight, but I realize I HAVE to get my butt in gear!

    Hi everyone! Today's weigh in is no loss but one lb gain from last weigh in. I had gained 3 and lost 2 of what I had gained through the week.

    So I am at 247 lbs. as of this morning.

    CW: 247
    GW: 200 (by Christmas) a miracle I know if this happens.
    UGW: 150 (ultimate goal)

    No loss this week but thankfully no gain either. Had a bad couple of days but I guess the good ones balanced it all out. SW: 153.5 GW:140 CW:153.5. Ready for another challenge to get me motivated!
