Trying yet again to post here, was disappointed to not be able to post most of the time this month. Thank goodness I had a spreadsheet and wrote all my numbers. As of yesterday, here it is: 37.2 miles and my goal was 30. Mission accomplished!0

Walked the dog at dawn today, another 4 miles. It was beautiful.
I've made my goal. While I've had months when I've done more than twice this many miles, this month has been the most difficult for me, given everything that's been going on. But it was this challenge that kept me moving my *kitten*, when otherwise I would have probably just given up entirely. Thank you, to all of you, for the community here, and especially to Denise and Dino for making this happen every month.0 -

Got in a 4.7 mile hike yesterday to bring my monthly tally to 66.01 miles. Not including today, that marks 22 workouts in 30 days this month. Thanks to everyone here for the motivation. I'm going to keep moving my @ss in October!
