    May, June, July and August were fun. Didn't quite make my August goal, so I'm recommitted for September!

    Week # 1 -- September 3rd -- Goal 400 minutes: Adding in my steps as well. Goal over 10 000 a day. Total 100 000 a week.

    Mon: 30 minute bike riding 20 minute 30DS (not sure if this counts as cardio?) 20 minute kickboxing and 60 minute walking at about 3mph. steps: 13454
    Tue: 45 minute walk, 20 minute 30DS, 20 minute kickboxing and 40 minute cleaning (including vacuuming) steps: 25 486
    Wed: 20 minute 30DS, 20 minute kickboxing steps approx. 14 000
    Thur: 60 minute walking, 80 minutes of cleaning (work), 80 minutes dancing, steps: 26 138
    Fri: 60 minute walk, 20 min 30DS, 30 minutes dancing
