    You found us!! Welcome back!! :flowerforyou: This challenge has helped me and many to be consistent exercisers. There was one lady doing it for about 2 years and I have been doing it at least a year now and jiggled some things around. Sometimes the last week I challenge people to do their calories also. Some still track their calories.
